2026 Cedarburg Crush Player Tryout Registration

Thank you for your interest in Cedarburg Crush Fastpitch.

Please complete all fields in registration form.

To be eligible:

7U/8U   - must be age 8 and under as of August 31st, 2025
9U/10U - must be age 10 and under as of August 31st, 2025
11U/12U - must be age 12 and under as of August 31st, 2025
13U/14U - must be age 14 and under as of August 31st, 2025

Open Tryout Dates
 

7U/8U   - July 23rd       - 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

9U/10U - July 22nd      - 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

11U/12U - July 21st      - 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

13U/14U - July 24th     - 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
 

Rainout Day - July 29th - 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Players are required to attend one tryout date only. Arrive 20 minutes before start of tryout. Bring glove and cleats. Bats and helmets will be provided.
 

Required Tryout Fee of $25 for all players must be paid ahead of time.  Payment can be made via Venmo - @Cedarburg-Crush or at tryout with cash or check.  Players will not be able to participate in tryouts unless tryout fee is paid prior.  If player makes team, tryout fee will be applied to club fee.

7U/8U, $400, 9U/10U-$525, 11U/12U-$650, 13U/14U-$650

Club Fees contingent on making team and full payment will be due 2 days after offer acceptance. Fee payment collected via Venmo - @Cedarburg-Crush, Cash or Check (To: Cedarburg Girls Fastpitch Club) 


No club refunds will be provided to players after player has accepted roster spot and submitted club fee payment.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

$25 Tryout Fee is required for each player participating in tryout process.  Tryout fee must be paid prior to tryouts.  Tryout Fee payment can be done ahead of the tryout date via Venmo with payment sent to @Cedarburg_Crush.  Cash or check can be provided also at day of tryout.

Parents:

 I the undersigned, hereby give permission for the player listed above to participate in the tryouts for the Cedarburg Crush Fastpitch. I further release Cedarburg Girls Fastpitch Club and it’s agents from any and all claims, damages, costs, actions, and causes of action as a result of any and all injuries sustained by the player during the course of the tryouts.

Player and Parents:

I/we understand that:

 Not everyone who tries out will make the team.
 Cedarburg Crush is a competitive program. While all roster players will be given opportunities, positions and playing time are not guaranteed and some players will play more than others.
 Cedarburg Crush softball is a significant time commitment. Weekly team and pitchers/catchers practices start in September through March; and weekly outdoor practices April – July. Depending on team, Games – May thru July, weekly league games, and multiple weekend tournaments.
 After April 1st, softball needs to be a priority and treated at least equal to all other sports. After May 1st, softball games and practices must be treated as #1 priority. Missing practices and games after May 1st, will affect playing time.
